Terms of use

Last updated September 10, 2026

My Bus Helper: MTD is provided by West Fourth Labs as an independent way to view Champaign-Urbana transit information. It is not the official MTD app.

Transit information

Departures, vehicle positions, schedules, and trip plans depend on external data and internet availability. Estimates can change, arrive late, or be unavailable. Allow time to reach your stop and check MTD’s official information for service alerts, accessibility information, and operating details.

Using the app

Use the app safely and respect the services it connects to. Do not interfere with those services or use the app to make unauthorized requests. Features and availability may change as we maintain the app or as transit providers update their services.

External services and privacy

Maps, advertising, and the embedded trip planner are provided by external services with their own terms and policies. Our privacy policy explains how the Android app handles information and links to the providers’ privacy information.
